Mr. Lacey joined Mondrian in 2020 through the Graduate Program before transitioning into a support role within the Global Equity team in 2023, where his responsibilities included contributing to investment research. He subsequently joined the International Equity team in 2025. He holds a BSc (magna cum laude) in Business, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK.
