The Mondrian Global All Countries World Equity Fund (the “Fund”) seeks to maximize long term total return at a reasonable level of total risk by investing principally in a portfolio of equity securities of both U.S. and non-U.S. issuers, including the securities of emerging market companies. Over a market cycle, the Fund seeks to outperform the MSCI All Countries World ex Canada Index. The Fund will normally be a focused portfolio of approximately 40-70 securities.
