The Group is responsible for the following:
- Advises senior management on the company’s strategy relating to internal DEI matters
- Monitors and reviews Mondrian’s DEI characteristics and initiatives
- Provides recommendations to help achieve Mondrian’s firmwide DEI vision including key areas of recruitment, equality, retention and staff training
- Liaises on an ongoing basis with the CEO
- Reports annually to the Board
