Ms. Bai joined Mondrian’s International Equity team in 2021. Her research focus area is primarily Japan, as well as sector specializations in Healthcare and Consumers. Previously, she worked for Ernst & Young LLP where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She holds a BSc (First Class) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and an MSc (with Distinction) degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK.
