Mr. Coll joined Mondrian in 2005 and initially worked within the Emerging Markets Equity team. He is currently the Head of Emerging Markets Small Cap after co-founding the strategy in 2011. Previously, he served as an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and worked at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services Practice. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK.
