Ms. Grinchenko joined Mondrian’s Emerging Markets Equity team in 2026, having previously been a member of the firm’s Small Cap Equity team since 2015. Her research focus areas are primarily China and the broader North Asia region. She initially joined the firm in 2011 as an IT Systems Specialist. Ms. Grinchenko holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Management from the University of Leeds. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and CFA Society UK.
