Ms. Grinchenko joined Mondrian’s Small Cap Equity team in 2015, after initially starting with the company in 2011 as an IT Systems Specialist before transitioning to Mondrian’s Investment Analytics team. She holds a First Class Honors degree in Economics and Management from The University of Leeds. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK.
