Mondrian Investment Partners is delighted to announce that on 20 June 2022 we moved to our new City of London headquarters nearby, at Sixty London Wall. The office will continue to house all of our Investment teams, Non-North American Client Service personnel and Operational staff in an open plan environment.

The space has been designed to enhance collaboration and team working, balanced with a quiet environment to augment investment research and analysis. Our desire to remain in a Grade-A property within the Financial District, whilst increasing our office footprint, reinforces our commitment to our existing staff. Mondrian wants to be a destination employer for young talent and even within a hybrid working environment that requires a destination hub.

With embodied carbon 40% lower than similar newly built office spaces, Sixty London Wall is one of very few buildings in Central London certified as BREEAM Outstanding. More importantly, Mondrian is one of only a handful of UK companies who have achieved a Gold Ska Certification for their office fit-out, promoting the principles of sustainable development and good environmental outcomes. This was achieved by selecting the most sustainable and ethical materials for the office, reducing energy usage and diverting 99% of waste from landfill.

The office features numerous collaborative space types, generous outside terracing with established biophilia, wellbeing and social zones. All staff will have their own work desk and access to a full upgrade of all network, PC and AV infrastructure; with a particular focus on our physical and virtual connection to clients. We worked closely with design consultants March and White (LN – NY – SF) and Peldon Rose (London) to create a unique space that enhances natural light, space and visual comfort.

Sixty London Wall allows us to combine collaborative space, but crucially a desk for all, offering a strong complement to times where colleagues work from home. I look forward to welcoming business partners to our new London home.”

The office can be accessed between Moorgate and Liverpool Street Station; five minutes’ walk from three major Tube Stations and less than forty five minutes from Heathrow on the new Elizabeth Rail Line.
